What is included in a move-out cleaning?

Our move-out service is designed to help renters get their security deposits back and homeowners prepare for new occupants. It includes cleaning appliances (inside and out), sanitizing bathrooms, wiping down baseboards/trim, cleaning windows, and deep-cleaning floors.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

That is entirely up to you! Many of our clients provide us with a key or entry code so they can go about their day and return to a clean home. We are a trusted, locally-owned business that has been serving Charlotte since 2005.
